Clinic Director - New Outpatient ClinicHorizon Health is seeking a Program Director for our outpatient mental health clinic called Thousand Branches Wellness in Houston, TX. This is a
BRAND NEW
clinic opening fall of 2024 and we are looking for someone to join our senior leadership team now to assist with the opening process and oversee the clinic! This leadership position is responsible for day-to-day operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assessment, development, implementation, and management of outpatient services. Under the guidance of UHS Corporate Outpatient Department, this position will be accountable for overseeing, supervising, and monitoring daily operations ensuring clinical and budgetary expectations are met.Responsibilities:
Site Leadership - clinical and operationalResponsible for the management and oversight of all employeesOrganizing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlinesCoordinate and manage multiple projects and tasksRecruitment, onboarding, and training of new cliniciansCurriculum and Service Line DevelopmentGroup Facilitation and Observation to ensure curriculum integrity is maintainedReferral management, assessments, group facilitation and direct individual client contactInterdisciplinary treatment team communicationDirect client encountersImplement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entitiesManage and provide routine reports as requestedFiscal responsibilities and corporate deadlinesCensus managementSafe Work Environment with a positive and healthy culture.About Thousand Branches Wellness:
Situated in the heart of The Loop, Thousand Branches Wellness will provide outpatient mental health services including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication Management, and Individual Therapy. A subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), one of the largest and most respected providers of hospital and behavioral healthcare services, Thousand Branches Wellness is seeking an experienced Clinic Director to support the building of a new program and oversee the day-to-day operations of our premier clinic.
