Growing CPA firm in North Phoenix is looking to add a Tax Manager to their staff.This position is in office.

Duties:Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.Manage tax engagements and workload efficiently.Manage clients and their expectations.Prepare corporate, partnership, individual, and trust and estate tax returns.Provide leadership to Tax Accountants and Staff.Experience handling IRS and state notices.Understanding of QuickBooks.Maintain knowledge of changing tax regulations.Experience/Knowledge:Licensed CPA.5+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting.Experience preparing forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041s and 1040s.Ability to be a creative thinker and provide value and ideas to clients and the Firm.2 years of supervising and training experience preferred.Ability to review work prepared by tax accountants.Proficient in corporate, partnership and individual taxation.Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills required for managing multiple client engagements.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with UltraTax preferred but not required.Unless noted above, applicants MUST be authorized to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
