2HB Incorporated is seeking a Software Engineer in order to support its government customer in Annapolis Junction, MD.
The successful candidate is responsible for:Analyzing user requirements to derive software design to code new software or modify existing software adding new features and capabilitiesDebugging existing software and correcting defectsDesigning or implementing database or data repository interfaces/queriesDesigning or implementing complex algorithms requiring adherence to strict timing, system resource, or interface constraintsIntegrating automated testing as part of the development lifecycle
Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or relatedHighly proficient in C++ and Python for telecommunication applications in LINUX environmentsRF signals analysisExperience with message queue implementation/communication
Desired Skills:Experience with implementation of DevOps processes and software in a virtual (VMWare) and containerized (Docker/K8) environmentsGPU/CUDA experience
