Senior Financial Analyst
is responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of the organization's FP&A function, including the consolidation of semi-annual budgets, consolidation of monthly forecasts, preparation of various analyses and financial packages for senior management, and preparation of presentations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities:
Assist with preparation and review of monthly financial packages for senior management, with a more comprehensive quarterly financial package in conjunction with quarterly earnings calls/releases.Assist in the semi-annual planning, preparation, and analysis of consolidated budgets and related schedules.Ensure accuracy and integrity of the divisional and consolidated results through analytical reviews and discussions with finance teams globally.Prepare ad hoc requests for senior management.Assist with special projects, as needed.
Requirements:
4+ years in a corporate finance or FP&A role in a multi-national company required.Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.Knowledge and experience working with Oracle Hyperion Essbase and HFM systems.Knowledge and experience working with SAP general ledger system.Strong analytical/critical thinking skills, detail-oriented.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Retail Experience.Essbase/SAP.
Compensation Range:
$95,000 - $105,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
