We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Coordinator to join the Information Security team at FOX. In this role, you will have an integral role in the wide range of properties and work at Fox–from protecting the integrity of our best-in-class broadcast operation centers to supporting our teams in building secure, resilient digital products used at scale.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role will be focused on coordinating and facilitating logistics related to the execution of core cybersecurity projects. A core focus for the Coordinator, Information Security role will be meeting coordination. In this role, you will schedule meetings for Information Security team needs and stand up multi-platform environments for recurring Infosec activities. You will identify opportunities for administrative process improvement to accommodate the scale of our ever-growing business, corresponding utilization, and application of cybersecurity services.ABOUT YOUWe’re looking for candidates who are collaborative, inclusive, effective communicators who exercise good judgment across all responsibilities. If you aspire to contribute to a team that values innovation, excellence, and collaborative success, we would like to hear from you.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate multi-stakeholder meetings.Prepare and coordinate logistics of cybersecurity-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion, tracking progress, and regular updates on progress.Take lead and think strategically about staggering scheduling dates based on internal and external stakeholder availability, engagement objectives, and business requirements.Ensure and confirm accuracy of initial project plans through handoff with little to no supervision.Collaborate with various enterprise partners to maintain continuous understanding of tech support workflows and tool/environment access requirements, limitations, etc.Incorporate organizational knowledge and project scoping to ensure project success: timely start, access provisioning, stakeholder briefings and preparation, and concluding activities.Establish and maintain consistent communication practices among partners and stakeholders across engagements.WHAT YOU WILL NEEDSecurity/cybersecurity industry experience or knowledge.Administrative experience supporting multiple tracks.Experience interacting with technical support and helpdesk functions.Ability to understand business security goals, environment, pain points, and operational maturity, to achieve desired outcomes.Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite required.Excellent written/verbal communication, and proofreading skills.Must be able to adapt to changing situations with minimal notice and guidance.Knowledge of Slack, Zoom, Jira, Monday.com is a plus.CharacteristicsSelf-starter, action/detailed oriented, quick learner, able to multitask, highly organized, excellent attention to detail, problem solver, good follow up skills, able to prioritize, and a team player.NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKERWork experience on an information security team or firm.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
