Position: Employment Litigation PartnerLocation: Flexible with Admittance to the California BarQualifications
Minimum of 8 years of handling all aspects of employment litigation experience, including wage and hour matters, class actions, and PAGA.Proven experience in supervision and management of multiple attorneys.Strong leadership skills.Expertise in handling investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC, and other state and local human rights agencies.Experience with appearances in Federal and State courts related to employment litigation.JD from an ABA accredited law school.Admitted to practice in California.Our Client Offers
