To support the multifamily group by analyzing business cases, aggregating and analyzing data, and implementing solutions that drive strategic growth aligned with corporate goals.THE OPPORTUNITY:

As an Analyst, Asset Management and Operations, you will work closely with senior and executive leadership across various business verticals, including investments, asset management, operations, and technology departments. Your role will involve dissecting unique business cases, aggregating and analyzing data from various sources, and articulating thoughtful recommendations to drive strategic growth.

As an Analyst, Asset Management and Operations, you will:

Collaborate with key corporate and property-level stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize solutions, and develop standard operating procedures.

Assist with the integration and implementation of proprietary software and leading third-party technology.

Prepare complex analyses of key performance indicators to identify operational trends and propose solutions.

Contribute to new business development and fundraising efforts.

Generate annual budgets, perform financial variance analyses, and track industry benchmarks.

Consolidate regular and ad-hoc reporting packages and communicate performance results.

Partner with internal teams across Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, Capital Projects, Design, HR, and Technology.

YOU ARE/HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree from a top business school, with a preference for degrees in Finance and Real Estate.

1-2 years of internship experience in Real Estate Investment, Asset Management, Property Management, Investment Banking, or a similar function.

Familiarity with real estate principles, including operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and value creation.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Outlook).

Strong time management skills, with the ability to identify process improvements.

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Openness and eagerness to learn quickly and take on additional responsibility.
