Assurant is currently hiring a Client Support Administrator in Bothell, WA for IQ Data International, DBA Assurant Recovery Solutions, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Assurant, a Fortune 300 company and a member of the S&P 500. We are an established leader in the Asset Recovery Industry where we service property managers across the U.S. exclusively.In this role, you will work remotely; however, you must live within 100 miles of Bothell, Washington.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Responsible for entering or modifying new and existing client information via email, fax, manual and electronic submission.

Possess a strong attention to detail as well as a strong sense of urgency.

Support both our internal customers as well as limited contact with our external clients.

Potential for overflow phone work as coverage dictates.

What are the requirements needed for this position?Must be able to type a minimum of 50 wpm.

Able to conduct professional communication with clients, via e-mail and phone when necessary.

Complete written client requests, account updates/data entry updates, efficiently and accurately.

Ability to multi-task within several programs while maintaining accuracy.

Entering of new accounts into the database.
