Takes the initiative to implement nursing’s objectives as directed by the Administrator. Compliance measured by having a goal-oriented approach and positive attitude when implementing a developed action plan.Demonstrates ability to critically think, plan, organize and problem-solve needs of the department and takes the initiative to implement objectives resulting in favorable outcomes.Coordinate the nursing care program and activities in the Cottages in accordance with state and federal regulations.Serves as coach and mentor to the team members.Develops the clinical care budgets and maintains the budgets throughout the year.Review complaints and grievances and make necessary oral/written reports to the Administrator.What should I have to be considered?
