Our proprietary app delivers clinically validated self-care content, along with chat access to coaches and video access to therapists, psychiatrists for our members.Headspace staff therapists must be licensed and reside in the US. Due to the nature of healthcare services provided to our customers, partners and members, all work must be provided in the U.S. Data, specifically personal health information may not be accessed, disclosed or used outside of the U.S.We are currently seeking part-time W2 California/Washington licensed therapists who are able to offer 5 sessions/week, and who have the ability to flex additional sessions when needed.What you will do:

Must be able to offer 5 sessions per week minimum, with the ability to flex up and offer additional sessions if desiredNight and weekend flexibility a plusSubject to business discretion, be available to add additional hours during peak demandProvide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platformComplete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of sessionMaintain your personalized database to record proof of licensure, license updates, expiration dates, personal information, etc.Keep your availability calendar up to dateStay in regular communication with clinical leadership (checking and responding to emails in a timely fashion)Work with a collaborative care team including health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providersBe willing and motivated to become licensed in other states as neededWhat you will bring:

Willingness and confidence to integrate cutting-edge technology into all aspects of your careClinical competence in evidence based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, etc.) and measurement-based careKnowledge, ability, and commitment to providing culturally responsive careKnowledge of current research to integrate into your practiceFamiliarity, comfort and confidence with technology - various applications, tech tools, google web-apps, video conferencing, EMR, etc. **Tech-savviness is a must**Licensed Psychologist or masters degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or other relevant fieldMust live in and be licensed in CA and/or WAEducation/Experience:

An independent clinical license to practice in good standing (without need for clinical supervision)Licensure in multiple states is highly valuedBC-TMH credential, if required by your state of license3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples or familiesPay & Benefits:

The Staff Therapist, Part-Time W2 role is paid on an hourly basis, requires a minimum of 5 offered sessions/ week and includes the opportunity to flex and add additional hours when desired. The base hourly rate for this role ranges from $50 - $60/hr.At Headspace, cash is but one component of our Total Rewards package.
