At Aitech, our team is driven to redefine the possibilities of embedded hardware systems for space applications. We pride ourselves on 40+ years of successful space hardware delivery to our customers! We are growing our team to support human space flight missions to the lunar surface and beyond!Salary range: $125k - $155KResponsibilities
Works on highly complex project systems requiring innovative, original solutions.Technical planning, estimates, tracks & completes projects on time and within budget.Results are key to successful completion of projects/programs.Teach and train younger technical staff.Works mostly independently with minimal supervision.Provides guidance to the team.Exercises initiative/judgment in work methods and in interpreting goals.Responsible for substantial proposal writing sections and design review data packages.Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for an area/system with a detailed understanding of how multiple systems interact.Familiar with and understands space industry standards.Familiar with and understands mil/aero industry standards is a plus.Develops innovative solutions to unique problems.Technical accomplishments recognized at design reviews and within the site in the area of expertise.Crafts effective technical paths to capture significant follow-on business.Effectively trains/mentors work group and leads work teams.Delivers effective presentations to general audiences and writes convincing proposals/reports with necessary backup material.Resolves divergent technical opinions within team and customer.Independently executes system requirements management, system architecture, gate reviews, V&V, launch, and flight operations, or modelling of mission engineering.Leads system failure root cause corrective action investigations, providing technical influence over company direction and customer.Requirements
