The successful candidate will play a crucial role in administering and configuring our Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. This position involves a mix of technical expertise, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to support and enhance our Salesforce deployment. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and operational excellence of our Salesforce deployment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSUser Management:

Handle the creation, management, and maintenance of user accounts, roles, permissions, and teams. Ensure secure and efficient access while facilitating onboarding and ongoing training to optimize platform usage.Customization and Configuration:

Customize and configure the Salesforce environment to meet specific business requirements. This includes developing custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types, along with implementing complex formulas and validation rules to streamline operations and enhance functionality.Data Management:

Uphold the integrity of Salesforce data with persistent cleanup efforts and robust data quality practices. Utilize OwnBackUp and Archive to ensure reliable backup and swift recovery. Employ RingLead to cleanse, prevent duplication, and enrich data, maintaining high data quality and supporting our operational excellence.Security Management:

Oversee the implementation of security settings, manage role-based profiles, and enforce access policies to safeguard sensitive information. Streamline user experiences by customizing user permissions, ensuring a secure and efficient environment that aligns with organizational standards.Workflow and Automation:

Take ownership of a suite of workflow rules, process builder flows, and approval processes. Maintain and troubleshoot these automations to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve user experience.Reporting and Dashboards:

Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Salesforce CRM Analytics to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making. Apply expertise in dataflows and recipes to ensure data is accurately represented and easily accessible for stakeholders.System Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Maintain peak Salesforce performance with regular system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and the use of the Optimizer for system improvements. Act as the primary overseer of our Teams channel dedicated to Salesforce support, efficiently resolving reported issues and responding to user inquiries. Your proactive approach will preempt potential problems and ensure platform robustness, contributing to a seamless and secure experience for all users.Systems Integration and Management:

Collaborate with internal teams to manage and optimize the integration of various applications with Salesforce, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Amazon Connect, DocuSign, ZoomInfo, CRM Analytics, RingLead, Sage Intacct, GuideCX, and OwnBackUp. Ensure these tools are seamlessly connected to enhance the overall functionality and user experience, while also maintaining data integrity and alignment with business processes.Performs other duties as assigned.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s/Post graduate degree or equivalent work experience with additional Salesforce certifications preferred.Strong Salesforce product knowledge with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201).Advanced certifications preferred such as Advanced Administration, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I.Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all Levels.Proficiency in implementing Salesforce configuration changes.Active participation in the Salesforce community is a plus.Proficiency in user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.Proficient in designing, deploying, and managing Salesforce Community Sites, with a focus on enhancing collaboration, access to resources, and community engagement.Advanced skills in developing and maintaining Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Experience with Salesforce API Integrations to streamline and enhance system capabilities.The annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $100,000, and it will be onsite at Denver headquarters.This position will remain open through 03/22/2024.Benefits include the following:Medical, Dental, and VisionCompany sponsored Life InsuranceVoluntary Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life InsuranceFSA/HSAPaid Time OffSick TimeInternet Reimbursement401k matchFRONTSTEPS is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
