Westlake, TexasJob description:Capgemini is looking for a dynamic and versatile System Analyst with a strong foundation in both technical and design domains. This role requires expertise in system analysis, UX design, mockups, wireframes, prototyping, and a robust understanding of Java, APIs, AWS, database management, and Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our systems are functional, scalable, and user-centric.Key Responsibilities:Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders and end-users.Design scalable, efficient system solutions that align with business objectives and technical constraints.Create detailed technical specifications and system architecture documentation.Develop wireframes to illustrate the structure and functionality of the user interface.Advocate for UX best practices and usability standards throughout the system development lifecycle.Build interactive prototypes to simulate system functionality and user interactions.Utilize Java and relevant frameworks to contribute to the development of system components.Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration and data exchange between systems.Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Required Skills:Proficiency in Java programming and experience with frameworks like Spring or Java EE.Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.Familiarity with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with SQL.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.Experience with wireframing tools like Balsamiq, Axure RP, or Lucidchart.Skilled in prototyping tools such as Marvel, InVision, or Proto.io.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.Life at Capgemini:
