IT Support Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
Ensure timely and effective resolution of client IT issues
Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor and maintain client IT systems and networks
Perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems
Create and maintain documentation of client systems and configurations
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously improve our services
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, in a managed service provider (MSP) environment
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common business applications
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, occasional after-hours work may be required for network maintenance and support. The position is based in our office in Denver, and we offer a work-from-home setup.
