Epic Application Analyst - Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) - Bonus Eligible

This is a full time position with day shifts, generally Monday through Friday. Occasional weekends and on-call rotation. This position is work-from-home, but requires residency within the San Diego area. Includes $5k retention incentive and $5k relocation incentive for eligible new hires.

Responsibilities include:
Under general direction, participates on cross functional, integrated teams to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple domains.Designs, builds and tests system configuration.Translates business requirements into technical solutions.Conducts quality reviews of system builds.

Qualifications
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Required Certification/Registration:
Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) certification/accreditation, OR ability to obtain certification/accreditation within 6 months of hire or 90 days after last class.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
Has led small projects or technical activities.Business acumen in functional area.Bachelors degree.Experience as an Epic Super User or a Business Analyst in a healthcare system.
