The Opportunity:Are you looking for an opportunity to enhance your software development skillset? Do you have an interest in all things emerging tech? Use your knowledge to write and optimize code that will support Booz Allen’s cutting-edge 5G work. We are looking for a software engineer like you to develop technology for our client’s most important mission-forward challenges.This role is more than just coding. As a software design and development engineer at Booz Allen, you will use your passion to learn new tools and techniques to help clients overcome their most difficult challenges. Using the latest technology, you will write, test, and edit code in support of the development of systems, sites, and tools for the team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting software programs for computer-based systems. Applies specific functional and working industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. As required, provides inputs for documentation of new or existing programs. Verifies accuracy and completeness of programs by preparing sample data, conducting program tests, analyzing test results and debugging program errors.Work with us to expand your tech skillset and make a difference.Join us. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
