Culver CityKey ResponsibilitiesProvide case management services to FSP children and their families, including the identification and pursuit of resources necessary and appropriate to meet clients' needs.Provide in-home direct service to families as needed.Provide supportive assistance to the client in the assessment and determination of need.Assist therapists in obtaining outcome measures and other documents as assigned.Assist with securing adequate living arrangements, vocational activities, schooling, supportive mental health services.Attend outside agency meetings with community liaisons as assigned.Maintain client charts in a responsible manner and meet all documentation paperwork deadline requirements.Conduct phone screening and outreach services for potential FSP clients.Provide case management assessments and may complete aspects of administrative intakes and group intakes on new FSP clients as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in related field (psychology, sociology, social work, special education or human services) required.Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children and TAY-aged clients with mental illness in various settings.Strong social and communication skills, verbal and written to work with and within the multidisciplinary treatment team and ability to flex work schedule to accommodate client needs.Valid CA driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance; must be willing to drive in the community when needed.BenefitsThe Help Group offers wonderful training opportunities, a supportive, professional work environment, and great benefits, including:Insurance plans for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - options for 100% employer sponsored plans.403b Retirement Plan.529 College Savings Plan.Employee Assistance Program.Flexible Spending Account.Vacation and Sick Leave.Benefit Hub - Employee Rewards and Incentives.Pet Insurance.We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
