You will be focused on providing high-quality care in line with North Carolina state, Medicare, and your own standards, supporting and developing the well-established team you are leading. Reporting into and supporting the administrator with their day-to-day responsibilities.The CandidateThe successful candidate must have a registered nursing license (RN) active in the state of North Carolina, with experience managing a large nursing team within a senior care community as a director of nursing. A good understanding of North Carolina state regulations within senior care is also essential.All applicants must have experience as a DON within a medium to large facility and provide evidence of their capability to manage the clinical operations of a skilled nursing facility.
