As a Staff Accountant at Tendit Group, you'll be part of a dynamic team supporting our accounting department. We're looking for someone who understands accounting principles and is eager to contribute to our financial operations. This role is a gateway to gaining practical experience in various core accounting functions, offering a platform for professional growth and development.What You Will Do:Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Process invoices, payments, and vendor communications. Reconcile accounts, issue customer statements, and assist with collections efforts.Journal Entries:

Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and attention to detail.Bank Reconciliations:

Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial or other reports, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.Audits:

Support internal and external audit processes by gathering documentation and providing requested information.Compliance:

Maintain an understanding of relevant accounting regulations and tax requirements.Other Duties:

Assist with other accounting tasks, special projects, and process improvements as needed.What you will need:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.Strong understanding of GAAP.Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume AR/AP processing.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (NetSuite - preferred).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work within a team setting.We've got you covered.
