to join our team and lead on-site integration efforts following strategic acquisitions. This role is essential in facilitating the smooth transition and alignment of acquired business with our organization.As the Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the integration efforts following acquisitions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that integration processes are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the successful assimilation of acquired companies into our organization.Your Impact

Typical responsibilities include:Assist in the development of integration strategies and plans, collaborating with the M&A Integration Managers and Sellers to ensure integration plan is appropriately tailored to the business and employees being acquired.Participate in due diligence efforts to identify integration challenges and opportunities, gathering relevant information and data.Work closely with project managers to coordinate integration projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and drive continuous improvement efforts across all integration processes.Collaborate with various departments, including finance, IT, HR, and legal, to streamline integration processes and ensure a cohesive transition.Support change management efforts by assisting in the development and execution of strategies to align the culture and operations of acquired companies with our organization.Facilitate on-site activities to drive new employee engagement and retention.Provide regular updates on integration progress to the M&A Integration Manager and other stakeholders, identifying and mitigating integration risks as they arise.Assist in the delivery of on-site training programs for employees of acquired companies to ensure a smooth transition.Monitor and propose changes to weekly acquisition key milestone reporting.Conduct retrospectives and use it for improvements for future planning. Acts with customer in mind.Up to 75% travel required based upon project pipeline.Due to heavy travel schedule this position can accommodate a 4/10 workweek.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience to substitute for the bachelor's degree.Minimum of 5 years of related experience.Additional Success Factors

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.Proven leadership skills.Strong operational analytical capability.Ability to manage multiple tasks, make well thought out decisions, and take decisive actions.Ability to develop and execute business plans.Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.Required to be proficient in Windows based office technologies (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience using Project Management Tools (e.g. Smartsheets).Pay range of $84,000 to $126,000 + annual bonus potential. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.Our Investment in You
