Senior AccountantLee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading financial services company to fill their open Senior Accountant job in Denver, CO. This is a HYBRID job opportunity where you will earn between $85,000 and $95,000. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).Please note that this is a HYBRID job opportunity. You will be required to work in the office in Denver 3 days per week. You may work from home the other 2 days per week.Responsibilities:
Preparing journal entries, financial analyses, and financial statements including supporting documentation, income statements, balance sheetsMonthly account reconciliationsMaking recommendations related to accounting of reserves, assets, and expendituresAssisting with implementing new procedures and systems in the accounting departmentFiling and maintaining Corporate Accounting dataCreating current state assessment documents with gaps including process, technology, controls, and changes documentedDeveloping future state process mapsWorking with process owners to identify and resolve emerging issuesAll other related tasks as requiredQualifications:
At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar roleExperience in public accounting requiredBachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance requiredStrong analytical skillsExcellent attention to detailCompensation:
