Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices to ensure accurate and timely paymentsPerforming 3 way matchWorking with vendors to resolve payment discrepanciesReconciling accounts to the general ledgerPreparing financial reportsProcessing expense reportsAll other tasks as requiredQualifications:
At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Accounts Payable roleExcellent attention to detailIntermediate to Advanced Excel skillsExcellent organizational skillsPrevious experience with ERP softwareCompensation:Typical hourly rate between $22.00 and $29.00.
