LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently looking to fill an Accounts Payable Specialist job opportunity for an East Bay company located in San Leandro, Ca. The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience with full cycle Accounts Payable. The role will be responsible for processing the day to day AP workflow, coding, approving invoices, processing expense reports, account reconciliations, set up new vendors, maintain W-9 filing, and assist in projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree would be preferredStrong full cycle Accounts Payable experienceSoftware experience with Bill.com would be highly preferredComfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel – Intermediate, Word & Outlook)Excellent communications and strong customer service skillsAttention to detail, comfortable with a fast pace, and organized
