LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Portland, Oregon. This role is crucial for overseeing the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring efficient and accurate cash operations, and support financial planning and analysis.
Duties:
Monitor accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices.
Maintain records of vendor accounts and payments.
Resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
Support audits and assist with month-end closing activities.
Qualifications:
Experience with accounts payable processes and systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
High school diploma; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus.
Salary Range:
Up to $25/hour
Pay Details:
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
