SIGNING BONUS
The Assistant Director oversees the day-to-day operation of the department. This includes assistance with supervision of all personnel, ordering of supplies and equipment, and managing the schedules.
Responsibilities:
Excellent organization and communication skills
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Able to handle multiple priorities at one time
Able to supervise multiple areas
Education:
Required: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree). Master's degree in nursing or related field (health administration, business, public health, or management) preferred.
Experience:
Required: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
Certifications:
Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR and AHA BLS.
