We build long lasting relationships.Education and Experience Requirements, Key Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, information technology, engineering or business administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Sciences or related area or equivalent experience.5-8 years of work experience, Finance-Bank related domain knowledge preferred. Experience in loans/credit risk will be a value add.Any MDM tool experience preferred; one full cycle of an MDM implementation preferred.Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization.Prior experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques.Data warehouse experience is a MUST.Highly proficient in Publisher, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Confluence and Azure DevOps.Strong knowledge of Snowflake/Redshift, AWS/Azure.Demonstrates competency in understanding and correcting data discrepancies; reading and translating data models; data querying; identifying data anomalies and root cause analysis.Knowledge of SQL and the ability to query relational databases is a MUST.Job Functions:Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Work with Business team to gather requirements.Carry out Data profiling to understand the data and find out linkage between each data element.Create Source to Target Mapping document.Work with QA/Development team to explain the requirements and close all outstanding questions on issues/bug on requirements/Data Model/Mapping.Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of domain master data and understanding the end-to-end processes for maintaining domain master data across business areas.Responsible for ALL DOMAIN data harmonization across multiple sources, responsible for MDM data quality, processes, and business rules.Work with IT to coordinate and define business user impacts of MDM application changes including resolving issues and planning for enhancements and upgrades.Assist in the definition of master data sourcing and services strategies including the evaluation of third-party data providers and services under the direction of the MDM/Data Governance Manager.The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
