The Facilities Project Coordinator will undertake both routine and ad hoc activities that promote team and project organization, communications, and reporting. This role is designed to facilitate the efficient execution of project administrative functions. The position is an integral part of the Advanced Manufacturing team that reports to the Assistant General Manager of Operations. Planning skills, effective communication, and attention to detail will contribute to exceeding management expectations.Job Function / Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities for major Facilities projects at the Kenworth Yarrow Bay Campus.Develop and maintain project schedules, including milestones and deliverables.Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues.Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.Provide administrative support to project teams.Develop master site plans for future project proposals. Create PowerPoint slides for presentations to Kenworth Leadership.Administer department Purchase Requisitions for MRO products and services.Perform other duties as assigned.Responsibilities are expected to grow to include project planning and coordination support for other Advanced Manufacturing job duties.Qualifications / Skills

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related major required.• 3+ years direct or related experience.• Excellent organizational, PC and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple assignments and changing priorities.• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, and negotiation skills.• Proven team builder. High energy level, goal oriented individual.• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Power BI and Tableau desired.• Willingness to travel up to 5% annually.Why work for PACCAR/Kenworth?

The salary range for Advanced Manufacturing Project Coordinator is $80,800-$126,600 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift.
