Senior Cloud Engineer

Job Summary:The Sr. Cloud System Engineer administers, manages and troubleshoots the organization's cloud and on-premises IT Servers, Systems and Network while also serving as an IT Service Desk escalation point.Responsibilities:Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain, design, test, configure, and administer IT Network/Systems.Troubleshoot issues with Systems, Applications, and networks in cloud and on-premises. Identifies opportunities to implement technical process/procedure improvements.Provide support to all IT department team members in addition to end users, including face to face, email, and phone communication.Serve as level 2 support for IT Service DeskOpen and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary. Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures, and end-user training.Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience5-7 years' experience in a similar roleAzure Infrastructure as a Service, App Service, Azure VDI, and Administration of Azure SQL, Azure Data FactoryServer Administration skills - Windows Services, IIS, Create Critical Alerts, Health Monitoring, File Shares, Advanced Print Services, etc.Intune and Office 365 AdministrationAzure DevOps Administration and ConfigurationMS Exchange Server and Exchange OnlineAzure Administration – Entra ID, Identity & Permissions, Intune (Endpoint Manager), OneDrive, SharePoint, MFA, Universal Print, etc.PowerShell Scripting, Remote Management toolsNetworking - LAN/WAN, VLANs, Site-Site VPN, Layer 3 Switches, Routing, Firewalls etc.
