Our culture values intellectual vigor, cognitive diversity, and bringing your complete self to work.Position Overview:Elite Paradigm is seeking an IT Program Manager who will deliver development requirements from a Scrum team, provide status updates to the Project Owner, deliver information security accreditation requirements, continuously evaluate program progress, and assist the Product Owner with program requirements assessment.Responsibilities of this position will include but not be limited to the following:Assisting the Product Owner with mitigating or avoiding risks and alleviating program issuesCoordinating stakeholder engagements such as user requirements sessions and trainingsPreparing meeting agendas and gathering meeting minutesTracking Points of Contact (POCs), tasks, and action items to meet program deadlinesCompleting tasks within the approved sprint cycle timeframeQualifications:Active TS/SCI with polygraphBachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline (years of experience can be substituted for degree)Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in:Working in an Agile Scrum team environmentManaging IT projectsUsing issue tracking applications such as Jira (preferred) or similarUsing team collaboration tools such as Confluence (preferred) or similarServing as Scrum Master to deliver complex software systems with multiple integrationsIncorporating practices such as sprint planning, continuous integration, testing, and delivery of minimum value incrementsExperience working with financial data setsOne or more of the following certifications:
