Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry or in publicly traded companies. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the company’s overall growth and profitability goals.

This position offers hybrid flexibility.Responsibilities:Financial Leadership:

Oversee all aspects of financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial risk management.Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive long-term business growth, profitability, and sustainability through sound financial strategy and resource allocation.Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, particularly SEC reporting for publicly traded companies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, and pharmaceutical industry-specific financial regulations.Investor Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and stakeholders, communicating the company’s financial performance, strategy, and growth plans.Financial Reporting:

Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP or IFRS, depending on the jurisdiction.Operational Efficiency:

Lead efforts to improve operational and financial efficiencies across the company, identifying areas for cost reduction, process improvement, and value creation.Mergers & Acquisitions:

Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.Team Leadership:

Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Risk Management:
