for Leasing Agent positions for our clients.
Schedule:
Varies
What You'll Be Doing:
Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available unitsFollowing up on leads for potential rentersPerforming background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualifiedPreparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulationsHandling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application feesKeeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issuesBuilding a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized serviceKeeping an eye on community facilities such as mailrooms, fitness centers and laundry rooms
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of experience as a Leasing AgentIn-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practicesAdvanced sales and marketing skillsPersonable, professional outgoingGood organization, project management and time management abilitiesGreat customer service skillsEfficient problem-solving and decision-making skillsEffective communication skills, including verbal and written communicationMultitasking and time management skillsCollaboration and teamwork abilitiesMultilingual skills to communicate more effectively in diverse areas
Pay : $18.00-$20.00 DOE
