for Full-Charge Bookkeepers for local clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
All Accounts Payable and Receivable,Processing Payroll and Certified Payroll Reporting,Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Tax Filings,Reconciling Account Statements,Processing Licenses and Certification Renewals,Maintaining Accurate RecordsYear-end closeout duties and other Financial Reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
Accounting degree or relevant certification1+ years experience with Sage 100 Contractor3 years experience with Prevailing Wage or Public Works
Requirements :
Pre-employment screening: background check and credit checkMinimum of 3 years of experience with Accounting Software,Knowledgeable with standard accounting practices and office procedures,Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365 Suites5 years experience with QuickBooks5 Years Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivables, and using a general ledger2 years of experience with Adobe
Pay : $20-$25 / hour
Schedule : M-F, 8am-5pm
