We are partnering with an elite Central Oregon Custom Home Builder in the search for an experienced High-End Residential Project Manager. Our client specializes in design-build of custom boutique single-family homes and remodels. We work closely as a team throughout the entire design and construction process. We are looking for a self-motivated employee with a growth mindset for our company. This role works in a collaborative environment with all project managers and other team members to deliver the best product for our clients. This role is expected to manage new custom builds to our highest standard as well as ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
What You Get to Do!
• Managing each project by the schedule and overseeing all construction activities for assigned projects, ensuring they are completed following our processes and standards.
• Ensures safety procedures and guidelines are followed at job sites.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret building codes and construction documents; including but not limited to I-joist and truss engineering/layouts, blueprints and lot topography.
• Ensures sub-contractors are performing in accordance with the vendor agreement and within the scope of the sub-contract.
What You Will Bring
• 5 years of high-end luxury home residential construction management experience.
• Previous hands-on carpentry experience that includes rough framing, cabinet installation and interior finish work.
• Experience with construction multiple projects concurrently.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.
• Computer literate with Excel, Microsoft products and project management software (BuilderTrend).
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations.
• Ability to self-manage and set priorities
• Ability to coordinate with and manage multiple team members
• Solid work ethic
• Passion for the work you do and the people you do it with!
