Community Motors Collision Center is in need of a Body Repair Specialist.***Looking for 3+ years of experience. Aluminum Certification a plus! ***If you are a Top Producer apply NOW!
Responsibilities and DutiesJob Duties include:• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.• Advises shop manager if additional work is needed.• Complete repairs per estimate and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.• To protect the customers vehicle at all times during the repair process.• Documents all work performed as soon as the job is completed.• To repair damaged vehicles back to pre-accident condition.• Check all parts to ensure that they are correct and that undamaged parts are received.• To deliver defect free work to the next department.• Keep work area clean.• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications and SkillsSkills and Education:• I-CAR certifications preferred, but not mandatory• High School Diploma or GED preferred.• Valid Driver’s License
