Hiring ASAP, apply TODAY.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Responsible for various machine-specific functions, from setting up equipment, loading products, and operating machinery to monitoring and optimizing efficiency, maintaining machines, and performing quality checks.Ability to create and critique job routings to ensure quality while maintaining desired production levelsAbility to operate and control automated plated lines safelyOversee rack/tier set up by helpersOversee packaging of completed workCheck work regularly to ensure parts meet customer specifications and quality expectations.Complete all required paperwork for each job.Lead and train rackers working with youWillingness to take online classes (heavy math involvement).
