What you'll do:
- Either work alongside a Senior Product Manager on a large product team, or run a smaller product team independently, with coaching from a Senior Product Manager.
- Help develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product by working with senior collaborators to understand business needs, and conducting user research and testing to understand customer needs.
- Work with a team of engineers, designers and testers to deliver improvements and new features that deliver value to our customers and our business.
- Work with coaches and mentors throughout the digital team to develop your product skills and transition into a Product Manager role
What you'll bring:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - can influence without authority
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Curiosity and an eagerness to learn and develop
- Exceptional academic background and some work experience (internships, side projects, etc.) in tech or a history of high-performance in an emerging outside of product
- Demonstrated knowledge of tech trends and digital landscape
What you'll get:
- The salary band for this position ranges from $61,000 $113,200. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
