About The Position

Cardlytics is seeking a Head of Sales Readiness + Enablement to develop and execute strategies that enhance the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team. This role involves creating and implementing training programs, sales tools, content, and processes that align with the company's sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, training, and strategic planning, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving sales performance. Your ability to foster strong relationships, align teams, and drive projects to successful completion will be crucial to your success. You will play an integral role in setting the tone and culture for what great looks like!

What You'll Achieve
  • Design, create, and deliver a broad range of sales training programs designed to reduce sales ramp time and increase performance.
  • Establish metrics to measure the impact of sales enablement programs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to develop a best-in-class sales onboarding and continued enablement program - including product knowledge, sales methodology, and tooling adoption
  • Ensure our sales teams are equipped with the content/skills needed to successfully position the value of Cardlytics across industry verticals and buying personas, manage their books of business/territory plans, and execute deal cycles
  • Build strong relationships with sales leadership to identify needs/skill gaps and build enablement deliverables and content around them.
Skills You'll Need To Bring
  • 10+ years of experience building and leading sales enablement programs and teams
  • Deep understanding and ability to coach on sales competencies, and methodologies
  • Strong executive presence, including written/verbal communication skills
  • Problem solver who is comfortable operating with ambiguity, autonomy, and taking ownership
  • Cultural carrier, with a strong ability and desire to roll up their sleeves and make an impact
  • Strong background in sales, training, and strategic planning, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.

Compensation

At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors.The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.

The annual US base salary range for this role is:

$240,000 - $265,000
