About the role--
Primarily focused on:
- Partnering with senior executives and department heads to champion our annual company-wide forecasting process.
- Creating short and long-term financial models that cover diverse assumptions allowing for helpful scenario planning analysis.
- Controlling our short term cash flow projections, and continuous monitoring of debt covenants.
- Ad hoc reporting, analysis and new projects as opportunities arise.
- Developing and accomplishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and associated reporting.
- Partnering with the Accounting team monthly to support the financial close process.
- Assisting with developing our quarterly board reporting packages and investor decks.
- **Quickplay staff reports into offices in a hybrid capacity (i.e partially at home, and partially at the office based on role/team needs)
About You:
- Currently possess a CPA designation, and have 3+years post qualification experience in industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to foster new business relationships has helped you drive impact in previous roles.
- Prior senior level finance experience made you comfortable collaborating with business leaders to deliver multi-year financial forecasts.
- You enjoy effectively translating financial information to senior executives.
- We use Microsoft Office and G-Suite, you are comfortable using both.
- You have NetSuite experience, which is an asset here at Quickplay.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Startup experience in the technology industry is an asset.
