Our client is a multi-billion dollar publicly traded manufacturer of aftermarket automotive products in the United States. A few years ago, they acquired a leading supplier to the powersports aftermarket. They are now looking for a VP, Sales and Marketing for this division. This critical role will be responsible for the planning and execution of a multi-channel, multi-brand strategic direction. This role offers the opportunity to work in a direct-to-consumer, enthusiast industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales/Customer Service Management Strategic vision and execution / What You'll Do• Know the business inside & out, in each channel; Evaluate, develop, and execute sales force strategies to best serve the customer base.• Your mission is to elevate our customer experience to unparalleled heights• Empower and develop a world-class sales organization through coaching, teaching, mentoring, and motivating.• Ensure the customer service experience sets the bar for WOW'ing customers and continues to innovate and improve the overall customer experience and journey.• Develop key Sales growth strategies, tactics, and action plans then analyze methods and results• Develop leverageable relationships with key players in and out of the industry.• Responsible for in-depth analysis of the market and end-customer trends to establish strategies.• Work with Business Development to ensure the sales team is bringing strategic product ideas, the voice of the customer, and industry/market knowledge into the business.

Channel Management Direct-to-consumer / eCommerce:• Data-driven, analytic skills to ensure we maximize sales and profitability in every distribution channel.• Expert understanding of omnichannel sales approach, including overall sales strategies, leveraging pricing and marketing opportunities, brand strategy, and channel conflict resolution• Drive growth and experience through

Marketing/Brand Management:• Lead the marketing team and branding teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and industry-leading creative marketing.• Architect and oversee a comprehensive brand strategy and guide

Product Management:• Lead product launch from marketing to roll out, with a focus on margins, market needs, and cross-selling opportunities.• Development and execution of overall product portfolio, profit, and expense plans.

Education and Experience:• Bachelor's degree required; must have at least 7-9 years of experience leading a sales and marketing team in a growth industry• MUST have previous E-Commerce, direct-to consumer, and brand management success experience• Product knowledge and understanding of product function in powersports is a plus.• Software skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experiencing using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other applicable tools• Travel: Must be able to travel up to a minimum of 25%, including international travel.
