The Lifecycle Marketing team sits in within Customer Marketing & Experience (part of the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.) The team is responsible the strategies and marketing for existing consumer credit card customers including the segments of Early Month on Book (EMOB), Low Tenure, Tenured, as well as Retention & Spend Engagement.

In this position you will play a pivotal role in guiding existing tenured customers throughout key moments and stages in a customer's lifecycle. This strategic position will design strategies and implement marketing programs across channels (email, site, in-app etc.) and operationalize segmentation that engage customers to drive loyalty. The candidate must be able to work within a team environment and collaborate closely with product and Card Member Service teams across the Card organization.

As the Vice President of Tenured Marketing on the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team, you will lead and drive marketing strategies to engage customers across credit card products while partnering internally and externally to bring these strategies to life.

Job responsibilities:

Lead spend engagement strategies across products partnering closely with many cross-functional teams as well as external partnersCreate and manage segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing programs that resonate with different customer segmentsManage reporting for campaigns as well as overall engagement metrics at the full portfolio level as well as for individual productsWork with external and internal partners on their tenured customer engagement strategies, helping to synthesize results and drive new tacticsImprove upon existing marketing campaigns while also developing new strategies for specific segmentsLeverage insights from campaign analytics, effectively summarize marketing performance highlights and develop data-driven strategiesCommunicate effectively and confidently with numerous stakeholders and have the ability to lead through strong collaborationRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

Bachelor's Degree Required7+ years direct marketing experienceExperience working with multiple internal and external partnersStrong oral, written communications, and presentations skillsLogical, analytical thinker; identifies clear objectives, leverages data to develop strategies and advanced understanding of success metricsStrong ability to influence and gain buy-inEffective at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrentlyBe a results-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skillsPromote a strong control environment, adhere to risk/control, procedures, and process exceptions while maintaining a customer-first mindsetThrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

MBA PreferredSpecific credit card marketing experience desired
