Marketing Manager

to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

Job Description

The Marketing Manager will deliver expertise and marketing recommendations to our client's issuing partners.The individual will join our client's Marketing Services group, partnering primarily with community banks and credit unions to identify marketing strategies through portfolio analysis and peer benchmarking.This role will serve as a client marketing manager, running point on marketing engagement assessments, analyzing insights, identifying marketing opportunities, and presenting recommendations to their clients.Location: Remote - East coast preferred.40 hours per week3-month engagement, potential to extend based on client's pipeline.Benefits: We offer benefits to our full-time consultants, including Health, Vision, Dental,401K plan, Life Insurance, Pretax Commuter Benefits, and an incredibly supportive team cheering you on!Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Work with our client's internal consulting, marketing and sales team as well as external agency partners to increase and drive engagement with the company's community banks, and credit unions.Develop actionable marketing strategies, informed by portfolio analytics and consumer insights, to improve overall performance of debit/credit card portfoliosRobust analytical skills: ability to translate portfolio analytics/assessments into meaningful marketing strategies and treatments to help grow new card acquisitions, activate new customer relationships through early month on book, drive incremental card usage/engagement through existing customer marketing and help retain profitable customers through proactive loyalty/retention strategies.Assess current state of clients' portfolios and provide customized strategic marketing recommendations across the customer lifecycle in order to drive results and maximize marketing efforts.Manage Lifecycle marketing with client portfolios: Lifecycle stages include acquisition, early tenure, customer engagement, loyalty, and retention/anti-attrition, spanning across channels including email, paid media, phone, print, direct mail, site, native app, online banking, sweepstakes/partnerships, and in-person.Requirements

Experience in debit/credit acquisitions, early month on book, existing customer marketing and loyalty/retentionClient-facing presentation experienceExceptional problem-solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of actionable recommendations)Project management experienceCritical thinking: ability to analyze insights and make recommendations to our client's client to ultimately increase portfolio spend.Strategic and creative thinker with proven success at developing innovative campaign strategies.Ability to work in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.The starting pay range for this role is $70/ph - $75ph. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
