Telecommunications Analyst III (100% remote)
for our premier client.
Education and Experience "Required Skills & Years of Experience: 1 - 5 Years
Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management.Mobile device support and Management.Customer Service.Working knowledge of iPhones and iPads.Strong customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Required soft skills:
Ability to work independently but in a team environment.Able to meet deadlines.Punctual.Ability to multi-task and balance their work day.Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and determine a solution.
Preferred vendor Experience:
USCC.Verizon.AT&T (FirstNet).Zoom.AirWatch.Apple Business Management.Microsoft.Cisco Webex.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Job Responsibilities:
Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on telecommunications infrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance.Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile, desk phones, and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop applications, smart phones (iOS), VoIP, and PBX telecom systems.Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
