And we care for the future by supporting sustainability, protecting the local environment, and promoting societal equity.What you do:To promote Allianz products and services to Registered Reps within a specific territory, while developing and maintaining solid business relationships and adhering to the Allianz sales philosophy.Key Responsibilities:Distribution Leadership – Sales Productivity and Operational ExcellenceAchieve territory sales target and market share as established by your District DirectorMeet/exceed all producer goals as outlined by your District Director with a focus on:Maintain production level of 500k+ producers from previous yearNew producers/MIA winbacksEffectively Promote and leverage technology toolsUtilize resources and integrate best practicesConduct and log weekly activity numbers as set by District Director into SalesforceRemain in compliance with ALFS policies and proceduresExpense ManagementBe a company steward of resources availableSubmit Expenses in a timely fashionStay within allocated T&E and Marketing Support budgetsTerritory ManagementExecute plan to successfully partner with Internal Retirement ConsultantEnsure Zones/Rotations are enteredEnsure meeting notes are entered for completed meetingsExecute Marketing CampaignsEffectively manage communications; Email and voicemailProduct Knowledge and Financial Planning Acumen:

Develop a deep expertise on the Allianz product suite and how our solutions can complement other portfolio holdings.Know and understand the annuity competitive landscapePractice, demonstrate and master a simple, repeatable storyUnderstand the fundamentals of holistic financial planning including the language and technology ecosystemValue Add:

Create a multi-pronged non product value proposition to build, nurture and protect durable relationships with financial advisors.Advanced Markets:Leverage virtual and in-person meetings and understand resources availableBecome a subject matter expert on Social Security or MedicarePractice Management:Leverage practice management speakersFinTech:Become a subject matter expert in modeling solutions within different platformsMarketing and Branding:Leverage social media to better market Allianz, our product solutions and your value proposition to financial advisorsRelationship Building:

Utilize events and campaigns to attract, grow and retain producers.Responsible for creating and executing personalized events and campaignsWhat you bring:2-5 years of proven sales ability within the Financial Services industryCurrent FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensesCurrent State Life/Annuity Insurance licenseExcellent communication and presentation skillsExceptional time management skillsTravel up to 80%Scheduling of Appointments and reporting of 7-day past and 21-day out calendarOne-on-one meetings with advisorsImplementation of Company programsDay to day travel and entertainment expensesIn addition to base salary, a portion of your total compensation is based on commissions.
