$28.13 - $40.82POSITION SUMMARY:

The Enterprise Risk Coordinator is responsible for coordinating certain designated Enterprise Risk Division (Division) programs and departmental activities. Key job responsibilities include coordinating Division operational activities, providing administrative support to ERM leadership, managing Division strategic initiatives, reports, tracking, risk analyses, audits, research, and training. As directed, coordinate risk assessments in support of new products and/or strategic initiatives, compliance, and enterprise risk management.ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:

Assist in the development, execution, and maintenance of the ERM Program and related Division management systems. This includes gathering data, summarizing and developing, and preparing custom reports for the Division, Enterprise Risk Management Committee (ERMC), Audit Committee, and Board of Directors. This position is responsible for supporting the multiple and varied Division activities and putting together the annual planning calendar and the ongoing progress throughout the year. The Enterprise Risk Coordinator serves as a collaborative team member to support other Division staff, vendors, internal and external clients, and other stakeholders. Under the general supervision of the Enterprise Risk Manager, the Enterprise Risk Coordinator performs technical and professional risk activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ERM framework with an emphasis on credit union related concepts, laws, and regulations. This includes assisting management in identifying risks, testing mitigating controls, drafting reports with observations and recommendations, and documenting work performed. This position demonstrates a collaborative nature in working with team members to communicate and develop mitigation strategies to address risks identified in assessments.Under the direction of the Enterprise Risk Manager, provide support in gathering requested documentation for audits and regulatory exams. Regularly revisit program and procedure documents to ensure they are up to date with current practices. Administer the Corporate Insurance Program and act as the point of contact for ad hoc insurance requests. Act as the administrator of the Enterprise Risk governance and risk assessment systems. Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Experience Required.Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as risk management, audit, business, finance, accounting, or other related area.Minimum of three years of experience in financial institutions in the enterprise risk management area or similar background required. Must be able to assist in developing and conducting risk assessments and produce relevant reporting. Advanced relevant college education or certification may be considered in lieu of up to two years of financial industry experience.Relevant risk management certifications or credentials preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and risk management software.Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Must be able to adapt communication to the audience.Detail oriented, good organizational skills, and the ability to be flexible while working in a time-constrained environment. Proven ability to work with and motivate others. Professional conduct and appearance.Effective interpersonal skills in order to maintain positive and productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels of the organization.Possess strong research, investigative, and analytical skills.Committed to Wescom’s Mission and Vision Statements, and Core Values.COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) or experience of database systems and business analytical reporting. Must be proficient in technology applications including the Credit Union’s operating system and specialized software required for performance of position. Knowledge of systems for managing enterprise risk functions, risk management methodologies, and frameworks such as COSO. Experience with data analysis and corresponding software.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
