Job DescriptionOur client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Marketing Specialist for a 6 Month Contract . Project management of marketing collateral for US, EMEA and Canada (e.g., letters, brochures, video, banners). Coordinates projects in Adobe Workfront of advertising/marketing communications materials that aim to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. Responsibilities Collateral project management: Project management of collateral materials through Adobe Workfront Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all materials meet the required quality standards. Support the team in managing project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met for each project. Distribution of completed projects in sales enablement software Highspot. Translation project management: Coordinate translations projects to ensure the timely and accurate localization of materials. Ensure all translated materials comply with local regulations and are culturally appropriate for each region.
