Project management of marketing collateral for US, EMEA and Canada (e.g., letters, brochures, video, banners). Coordinates projects in Adobe Workfront of advertising/marketing communications materials that aim to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience.
Collateral project management: Project management of collateral materials through Adobe Workfront - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all materials meet the required quality standards. Support the team in managing project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met for each project. Distribution of completed projects in sales enablement software Highspot. Translation project management: - Coordinate translations projects to ensure the timely and accurate localization of materials. Ensure all translated materials comply with local regulations and are culturally appropriate for each region.
