Manage our social media advertising campaigns, including creating ads, tracking performance, and adjusting targeting and budget as needed.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Use social listening tools to track brand mentions and stay on top of industry news and trends.
Collaborate with our e-commerce team to ensure that our social media content aligns with our product offerings and promotions.
Utilize photography skills to create high-quality visual content for our social media channels.
Develop and manage social media contests and promotions to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.
Proven experience in creating engaging content and managing social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to social media content.
Experience with e-commerce and online marketing.
Knowledge of photography principles and how to use photography to enhance social media content.
Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Buffer.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
