Quirk Auto is excited to announce that we currently have an opening as a Sales Manager. The Automobile Sales manager sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; qualifies buyers, and closes the sale.
We are seeking inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed.
Job Description:Oversees standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used vehiclesCoordinates the appropriate supply of new and used vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory accordinglyMeets monthly with the dealerships general manager to review forecasts and profits for each departmentAttends to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtainedAudits all appraisals of trade-in vehiclesDemonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and servicesIssues all demonstration vehicles and ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintainedJob Requirements:
Vast experience in Sales required (2 years)Strong negotiation skillsAbility to ask for the sale and handle customer requestsEstablish and maintain relationships with customersAssess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get resultsRecover quickly from setbacksExperience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activitiesExcellent interpersonal skillsA positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
