Project Manager , you'll be the linchpin in our creative process, coordinating between account services, creative teams, and clients to deliver exceptional work on time and within budget. You'll use your organizational skills and attention to detail to keep our projects running smoothly and our team operating at peak efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage and track all projects through account service, creative, and media departments using our project management software, Function PointEnsure job schedules and task lists are accurate and up to date while proactively solving challenges that ariseCoordinate daily with creative and account teams to manage workflow and ensure deadlines are metBuild relationships with team members based on trust and respectDevelop and maintain production schedules for all jobsMonitor project budgets and keep account teams updated on project healthAllocate workload across the team, balancing resources and bandwidth, and communicating availabilityMonitor employee timesheets, ensuring timely entry and accuracy. Manage employee utilization goals including reporting, insights and planningOversee quality standards for all deliverablesParticipate in client meetings and assist with project planningIdentify opportunities for improving agency processes and efficienciesAct as the agency's Function Point go-to person including new employee onboarding and team support/problem solving. Explore features within FP and stay up to date on new features and bring them to the teamOngoing professional development, stay up to date on pertinent topics and focus on new innovations to improve work productivityThings you need to have:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)2-3 years of experience managing multiple projects, in an agency settingPro-active, solutions-oriented self-starter who is ready to roll up your sleevesHigh attention to detail and the ability to keep many balls moving at one timeStrong emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate others while remaining flexible and agileProficiency with project management software; experience with Function Point is a huge plusExperienced Excel user including Pivot TablesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work well under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and OneDriveProactive problem-solver with a positive, team-oriented attitudeWhat We Offer:EVR maintains a
