Join a team where you can make a difference!The Performance Marketing Manager of Display, Video, & Content Syndication will be responsible for creating strategies to drive performance KPIs through top and middle of funnel paid media channels, will be the main point of contact for agency partners for day-to-day display and video management, and will help manage the awareness and consideration stage budget. This role will also be responsible for managing review site advertisements and maintaining reporting and data accuracy across owned channels.The ideal candidate for this role is someone with strong project management, organization, analytical and communication skills.What You'll Do

Plan and implement quarterly buys for Display, Programmatic, Content Syndication, Review Sites and Channel publishers to meet the Marketing team’s goalsOwn KPI metrics and help educate other internal stakeholders on successes and opportunities for improvement of campaignsAnalyze performance of campaigns and optimize results for successWork with Campaigns team on reporting and creative requestsManage budget across several different platforms – must be able to track spend by partner, product, campaign, and regionAbility to shift budget between different sources based on performance metricsWork with SDR(s) on Content Syndication tactics, volume, and value of leadsWork with Review Sites on opp-gen campaignsAssist with Marketing Associate responsibilities when he/she is OOO:Approve media invoices and forward to accounting for paymentKeep track of budgets and spend through reports and monthly meetings with FinanceWork with vendors and legal to get paperwork approvals for campaign creationWhat You'll Bring

3-5 years of B2B experience managing top and middle of funnel campaignsExperience with Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, DV360, and Google AdsAbility to quickly learn new software platforms where campaigns will be managedProficient in Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Office, ExcelFamiliarity with the B2B software space, specifically in multi-channel marketingPurple Perks
